
个人简介
针对传统植物提取方式存在资源匮乏、耕地依赖、周期长等问题,研究工作围绕植物天然产物及其衍生物的生物全合成、生物改性和工业化应用,构建合成植物天然产物微生物细胞工厂,创建生物改性高值植物天然产物的高效平台。目前主持国家自然科学基金、科技部重点研发计划项目、省部级项目和企业横向课题等11项,发表SCI论文30多篇,授权专利10余项。
社会兼职:合成生物学编委,中国食品药品绿色原料委员会顾问,北京微生物学会第十二届理事,中国生物发酵产业协会微生物育种分会第二届理事会理事。
研究领域和方向
(1)生物催化:新酶的挖掘与理性设计,高附加值天然产物的改性。 (2)合成生物学:齐墩果烷化合物、薯蓣皂素、松果菊苷等稀有植物天然产物的生物合成,建立高效合成植物天然产物的细胞工厂。 (3)产业化建设:高值天然产物的产业化示范线建设,化工产品和工艺设计。 目前指导博士生7人、硕士生15人(继续深造5人,iGEM金奖3人,银奖3人,国奖、优秀毕业生1人)。每年2-3名硕士生招生指标。 招生学科:药学、化学工程与技术、制药工程和化学工程方向,与清华大学化工系合成生物催化、绿色生物重点实验室联合培养。
